Welcome to Kenzu. By downloading, installing, or using the Kenzu mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Kenzu is a food label scanning application that helps users identify ingredients, assess potential health risks, and make informed food choices. The App uses image recognition, database lookups, and AI-powered analysis to provide ingredient information.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Free Plan: Includes up to 5 scans per month with basic ingredient information.
Premium Plan: Available at ₹99/month or ₹799/year. Premium includes:
Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time from the App; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests within 48 hours of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact ghostapps03@gmail.com for refund requests.
Kenzu provides ingredient information for educational and informational purposes only. The App does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Information provided by the App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for dietary decisions, especially if you have allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that ingredient identification or risk assessments are 100% complete or error-free. You acknowledge that food labels may contain errors, and our AI analysis is probabilistic in nature.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to the ingredient database, risk algorithms, and user interface) are owned by Kenzu and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through our Account Deletion page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kenzu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
