Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Please read the information below before proceeding.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed.

What gets deleted

Your profile and account information
All scan history and saved results
Subscription and payment records
Any personalized preferences or settings

If you have an active premium subscription, it will be cancelled immediately. No further charges will be made, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

How to delete your account

Open the Kenzu app
Go to Profile
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

Can't access the app? If you are unable to delete your account through the app, email us at ghostapps03@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we'll assist you.
